add depth controlnet sd3 pre-trained checkpoints to docs

What does this PR do?

ControlNet with Stable Diffusion 3 documentation is missing Depth ControlNet from the InstantX team. Since it already have other 3 ControlNet by InstantX team. Could you please add the last missing one? Someone might look for depth control for sd3, like me.
