what's the expected outcome of adding this FAQ here? (i don't think users will send less email)
Less emails related to billing was indeed one of the goals here. Also a way to help users find the support answers many might be looking for and don't find easily. I personally go to FAQs as a first place to look. |

ok we can try but not really sure it will actually decrease emails (as a general note i would rather try to automate email responding – with some AI? – rather than aiming to diminish email volume – aka, email is cool. Users are happy when they reach out and get help over email) |
