Why upgrade?

Thanks for updating the actions, I double-checked the hashes and that nothing was missed (for these 3 actions) and all looks good.

Just a question, do you have an idea or suggestion how to keep the versions up to date while still avoiding to auto updating to the latest version for security reason? In general, we'd be fine with the latest version after a few days after release so that possible security issues could be addressed.
