Projects and Technologies collections added

Done! Created src/collections/Projects.ts with the full collection config and updated payload.config.ts to include it. Also added the Technologies collection to the config (it was missing). TypeScript check passes.

Merge completed successfully. Resolved conflicts in:

• src/collections/Projects.ts - merged both versions with title, excerpt, description (richText), content, featuredImage, gallery, liveUrl, sourceUrl, technologies, context, company, featured, order
• src/payload.config.ts - added both Homepage and Contact globals
• src/payload-types.ts - updated to match resolved schema

TypeScript check passes.
