Required to get the proper bayes version and working notebook with it.
Passing output down. Results in error and needs fix.
Finally fixed and working with yearly csv.
Added simple script and additional features

This is for anyone temporarily needing to run the original code. I also updated the notebook to automatically pass params. After this pull, will upgrade the notebook to the new code like in #9
