Add installation guide for mac

First release of oda-black-box-matlab example

This is the first stable release of the oda black box wrapper example with a simple rainfall runoff model coded in matlab. This release is only tested on Mac OS X. Although oda runs on any system, the matlab_batcher used in the wrapper configuration to call matlab is not.
