parquetReadColumnthat was just added to hyparquet.I measured performance and didn't see a huge difference, maybe a small improvement depending on the parquet file. The existing
getParquetColumnwas very fast. But we might as well use the central version which does less copying and no chunk-sorting.Deleted
getParquetColumn.tsas it is no longer used.
