Fix two errors: 1. we should check the types with the locally installed typescript, not the globally installed one on the CI machine. Currently, the local one is 5.6.3, while the current one on ubuntu-latest is 5.7.0, released 5 days ago. 2. specify the type when importing a JSON. It will be mandatory in typescript 5.7.0.
