[WIP] Run all lexicons against the ATProto lexicon style guide

• Apply ATProto Lexicon Style Guide compliance changes:
  • Change enum to knownValues in badge/response.json
  • Add maxLength constraints to badge fields
  • Add maxLength constraints to rights.json
  • Add maxLength constraints to funding/receipt.json fields
  • Change maxGraphemes to maxLength for URI in defs.json
• Create changeset file
• Regenerate API types
• Regenerate SCHEMAS.md
• Run validation checks (all passing)
