refactor: rename app to applicationName in Rum.init config

Updated the configuration to use applicationName instead of the deprecated app property in Rum.init from @hyperdx/otel-web.

This change:

• Replaces the deprecated app property with the new applicationName property
• Ensures compatibility with newer versions of @hyperdx/otel-web
• No functional changes, just aligning with current API requirements
