Updated OpenApi 3.2 according to schema with a new branch

I did understand the schema structure and accordingly i have written the index.d.ts which corresponds to the schema: https://spec.openapis.org/oas/v3.2.0.html

i have checked and rewritten schema manually and these changes i observed from 3.1 and revised it in index.d.ts to correspond properly:

1. unknown (any) -> json
2. schema -> OasSchema32
3. the structure of SecurityScheme
