Allow one or more assets tracked in Sawtooth Supply Chain to be transformed into one or more other assets, using a new _Transform_ action. A Transform is effectively a batching together of multiple CreateRecord, UpdateProperties, and FinalizeRecord actions into a single transaction, with some additional metadata. These Transforms will then be stored in state, greatly enriching the historical data available for each Record. Signed-off-by: Zac Delventhal <[email protected]>
