- Fixed missing ffi binding
- Bumped binary package version to 0.4.3 which includes the caching changes

Before we can release a new version, we need the changes from tbis pr: https://github.com/hyperledger/indy-vdr/pull/296/files (the actual implementation changes. All other changes can be delayed, but there's some fixes in there) |
