Fixed validation errors and 404 error occuring during singup and login

The validation pipe is return errors for not including type in the request

and improved admin login by safely handling missing role property (user.role?.name).

@Harshdev098 I think register page have two roles as of now and institution is working properly fine but if you try admin register you will get this error cause longitude and latitude values will be not there that's why you are getting this error due to those 2 values and can you elaborate more cause I can be wrong???
