  • Pin Swatinem/rust-cache to SHA (was @v2)
  • Pin actions/upload-artifact to v4.6.2 SHA (was @v6)
  • Update SECURITY.md with project-specific policy (was boilerplate)
  • Update STATE.scm with session history
