Tightens up UI/UX + accessibility around sidebar search filter controls and thread cards:
Improves clarity of the selection filter toggle text (so it reads like an action, not just a state).
Allows more room for filter toggle labels before truncation.
Removes a redundant/less-supported ARIA attribute from ThreadCard.
Updates/simplifies associated tests.

LGTM, but there appears to be a coverage issue, it's showing 99.5% that is strange
