Code Review
This pull request significantly improves the agent deletion functionality in the CLI by introducing interactive multi-selection and a flag to delete all agents. The code is well-structured, and the documentation updates are clear. I've provided a few suggestions to enhance performance and robustness. Specifically, I've recommended optimizing the agent search logic, handling cases where no agent is selected for deletion, and parallelizing the deletion process for better performance when removing multiple agents.

Functionality wise - looks great!
Summary
The cli
removecommand now opens a multichoice list of (partially) matching agent names and ids based on the user input. When input is empty the user can choose from all agents. There is a new--allflag which skips the selection step and allows to delete all agents at once.Linked Issues
