This pull request introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow to enforce conventional commit messages on pull requests. The most important change is the addition of a YAML configuration file for the workflow.
New GitHub Actions workflow:
.github/workflows/conventional-commits-check.yaml: Added a new workflow named "Conventional Commits Check" that triggers on pull requests to themasterbranch. It uses thewebiny/[email protected]action to verify that commit messages follow conventional commit standards.
