Remove unused files
docs/api/field_types_reference/xmltextfield.mdisn't used anymore. XmlText field migration is documented in https://doc.ibexa.co/en/3.3/migrating/migrating_from_ez_publish_platform/#321-migrate-xmltext-content-to-richtext It doesn't need to be further documented.docs/guide/users/user_management.mdwas an empty file.Checklist
