Looks good, thank you for preparing this! A couple of comments from me - in some places I wouldn't go too much into details.

Could you also mention the releas 4.6.20 (and the release notes available at https://doc.ibexa.co/en/latest/release_notes/ibexa_dxp_v4.6/#ibexa-dxp-v4620 ), as it's very related to the things we've added?

One thing I almost forgot about - can you please adjust the month_change property?

For example: https://github.com/ibexa/documentation-developer/blob/4.6/docs/administration/configuration/repository_configuration.md?plain=1#L3

Set it to false for pages not updates last month and to true for changes included in this PR - so that the New in TOC pill is relevant.
