Installation
EO4VisTrails is beta software and as such is not ready for general public consumption. However students and other knowledgeable researchers can, with some small effort, gain access to it. If you would like to test out the current system, or contribute to what we are working on, the instructions below will help you out. Please do give us feedback about this.
Note that we have tested and developed our code under Ubuntu Linux and have only done basic testing under Windows XP. We have no sense of how well it might (or might not) work under Mac.
EO4VisTrails is a VisTrails package that is written with Python, and also depends on a number of third-party Python packages. EO4Vistrails can also be enhanced by, for example, the installation and use of http://code.google.com/p/eo4vistrails/.
