The starred badge in the top-right corner of skill cards looked cluttered. Removed it while keeping the subtle star highlight in the bottom stats area.

Problem
The "Starred" badge in the top-right corner of skill cards on the homepage looked cluttered and visually unappealing.
Fix
Removed the starred badge button from the card header. The subtle star highlight in the bottom stats area (bold text + filled bookmark icon) is preserved as a cleaner indicator of starred status.
