Made a few minor optimizations, nothing huge.
There's some duplicate files in the repository with separate casing that are throwing off my git client, so I'm unable to copy the modifications to those. Windows seems to think they are the same file, git does not. Would help if they were removed, or renamed so that case insensitivity isn't an issue.
