Running on all gifs would be lovely, other than that nothing in particular. The image changes only if you have parts of the patches already lying around. Otherwise I'll sketch that in parallel. |

I didn't get started on the Please ping me once a PR for that is up and I'll run the full decode-encode pipeline on my corpus. |

Following discussion from #219 and API cleanup here #218, it's simpler to release everything as a new major version anyways. So here's the release notes. Backport branch for
0.13is open in case it is really needed.
