Regarding ticket it-167
A new entry has been added to PredefinedFilterSeeder, which utilises the new nested value structure of the assigned_to implementation.
The database has been completely rebuilt using migrate:fresh --seed.
PredefinedFilterSeeder was executed correctly via DatabaseSeeder.
A total of 16 predefined filters are generated, including the new assigned_to filter.
Everything was checked and verified via Tinker.
