CI PHP versions were hardcoded (8.3/8.4) instead of deriving from the project’s composer PHP constraint.

Dynamically resolve PHP matrix
- Add a php-versions job using antfroger/php-version-action@v1 to read the composer PHP constraint.
- Feed the computed matrix into the test job’s PHP axis; keep composer 2 axis unchanged.
