Resolves GIVE-3086

Description

When creating a new campaign, the post_title was using the campaign name but the form settings meta was using the word “Donation Form”. This means, the donation form list was showing the correct campaign name, but when viewing the form builder the form title was “Donation form” - confusing. The intention here is that the default donation form created with a campaign would inherit the campaign name.

I also noticed when creating a new donation form, it defaults to “GiveWP donation form”. There is not need to include the word GiveWP here though so I removed that part.

Affects

  • Campaign creation, default donation form
  • Form creation form title
