Description by Korbit AI
What change is being made?
Update the GitHub Actions workflow to include the hour and minute in the date variable and enhance the auto-merge script to handle immediate merge failures by enabling auto-merge.
Why are these changes being made?
Including the hour and minute in the date provides more precision for workflows that may run multiple times a day, preventing conflicts. The enhancement to the auto-merge script addresses scenarios where an immediate merge might fail, by attempting an auto-merge as a fallback, thereby improving the robustness of the CI/CD pipeline.
