I would like to leave some "ad hoc flavors" to avoid runs when not needed., e.g. PRs not to main.
Run usethis::use_github_action("pr-commands")
write_dwc() was removed, but it is better to make it a defunct function.

This commit is related to #320. The vignette now more similar to the examples of `camtrapR_cameraOperation()` and readability is improved.
Include regenerated .Rd files for my previous commit.
This is the first draft for the vignette about the new paradigm as mentioned in #320.
Add date to DESCRIPTION so that `citation("camtraptor")` shows the correct year.
As unmarked is not a package that is in the `Imports` or `Suggests` of the DESCRIPTION file, the previous link to the documentation of unmarkedMultFrame did not work for users who did not have this packe. This commit fixes this problem.
