This PR adds ESLint to all three test-apps, based on the ESLint configurations from the Laravel Starter Kits.
The main purpose is to detect breaking changes in the Inertia adapters that might pass TS checks and Playwright tests but still break real-world applications. This provides an earlier warning that adapter changes could break user codebases.
