@daixi98 thank you for the contribution. I'll have a look at this PR mid next week. I think we currently have an issue with the circleci, because it seems to refuse to run for external contributors (even after I approve the Workflow via GitHub). I'll try to fix that as well. |

Add code coverage for CI in the redpanda test. The code coverage report(html) will be stored in artifacts.
