Code Review
This pull request introduces a new genesis_notification element, including its manifest, bootstrap script, and updates to the main genesis.yaml configuration. The genesis.yaml now includes an exclude list for dependencies, changes the image format to gz, and increases the default disk size. The install.sh script has an updated copyright and adds a custom Message Of The Day. Feedback includes addressing a missing newline character in the bootstrap.sh script and parameterizing the hardcoded project_id in the genesis_notification manifest for improved reusability.
