feat: align prism-node VDR storage proto with neoprism (ipfs/status-list + revision tag)

Description

• Update VDR storage protobuf to mirror neoprism naming: ipfs (was ipfs_cid) and add status_list_entry.
• Wire the new fields through node models, NodeService, storage operations, and repository mapping; add IPFS and status-list parsing tests.
• Head resolution remains via immutable entry hash; behavior unchanged apart from new payload support.
• Add Docker publish revision tag (version-SHA) so prism-node images can be pinned instead of relying on edge.
