Discuss and elaborate on the product strategy & roadmap from a technical viewpoint as part of the #542 document.

@ramsay-t Can I get your eyes on this specifically about the "role of formal methods" in this?

@nfrisby I do anticipate that other sections might allow for more granularity or detail on the experiments and risk mitigations, but does this the "prototyping plan" makes sense from your perspective?

The correctness in two dimensions bit is really good. I could go off into long, winding academic debates about a few words here and there, but I don't think they would really matter to the reception of this document. It lays out the motivation and scope of the formal methods involvement very well, and clearly.

I'd be happy to incorporate your suggestions even without having lengthy academic debates 🙂 Feel free to use the suggestion feature and/or push changes directly onto this branch. I'll leave it open until Monday/Tuesday
