Looking at the changes, the update seems harmless.
Is it save to merge this?

Note that we did merge similar PR in tmg:

• 898 save app state version 3 teal.modules.general#710

But we didn't do it in tmc:

• 898 save app state version 3 teal.modules.clinical#1105

tmg was merged because @gogonzo and I went through all modules to check whether they can or can not be bookmarked. Other module packages have not been rigorously tested from that angle. See here.
