Given the file's content, this would likely fall under knowledge; this will require a reference to a trusted source like Wikipedia or the like. Here is an example of what (as of Apr 8th) we expect those types of PRs to look like. #659

Thank you for this submission! First, this information is actually a knowledge submission, not a skill. Skills have to be performative, meaning they have to be something you do, not something you know.

In addition, unfortunately, we can't accept it because of a licensing issue with the source material, as JJ mentioned. To keep InstructLab open source, we have to vet all sources to ensure they are also open source. To learn more, read our current licensing limitations for sources and list of accepted sources.

If you can find a different source that meets the current guidelines, we'd love to have you resubmit! Please feel free to reach out to the taxonomy team in Slack or Discord to chat about this.

Due to these issues and the lack of response to JJ's earlier note, I'm closing this PR.
