- update cache tables with calls to OneAlyx.eid2pid, pid2eid, eid2path, path2eid, get_details - OneAlyx.get_details now uses list action when full=False and queries in batches. Duplicate eids do not result in duplicate queries.

This version makes some performance improvements and supports local mode eid2pid/pid2eid.
