Problem:
sc is superseded by stdx::ct_string functionality.
Solution:
Remove dependency on sc for some libraries.
Problem: - The `sc` library is no longer used, but is still in docs. Solution: - Update docs.
Problem: - `sc` is no longer used; all its functionality has been superseded by `stdx`. Solution: - Remove the library.
