@kwasd do you know why win machines doesn't start this CI workflow: https://github.com/intel/intel-xpu-backend-for-triton/actions/runs/16806134595? Note: this is important for Pytorch. This only adds a new PyTorch build to our CI, so it's not that important.

@anmyachev There was a problem with B580 runners due to an old driver's leftovers, so there was no to little machines available for some time.
