…tel#19808) Implement urBindlessImagesSignalExternalSemaphoreExp and urBindlessImagesWaitExternalSemaphoreExp. The implementation is the same as in the legace adapter, except that we don't to a fallback in case old loader is used (v2 is supposed to be used with a new enough L0 loader version).

Pre-commit issues are all infrastructure-related. The change is isolated to a specific feature that isn't really tested in CI due to lack of other runtimes installed on our systems (like Vulkan), but there are customers who is using it. As such, I will proceed with merge |
