Updated styling of the search and replace fields to match the rest of the script

Changed formatting of search and replace fields to match the formatting of "Which tables?" fields, which extends the width of the fields to 50% of the screen's width. Also updated function to add fields, so that additional search term fields added match the new style.

Hi Alex - what we do is to review all requests once every now and again in a batch. We don't have one scheduled just yet as we're mega busy and a bit thin on staff right now. Sorry if this is a bit of a non-answer, and we appreciate every contribution.

Looking at our schedules, there's a small possibility of someone on the team having some spare time early in the year, but spring is more likely.
