On the way I work to send angle vector obtain by ik in python, I use scikit-robot, and as a byproduct, I make a robot model. iory/scikit-robot#616

If if that PR benefits for the users, this nextage_description is needed.

This is just a compressed file of this https://github.com/tork-a/rtmros_nextage/tree/indigo-devel/nextage_description directory.
