Run `aegir release` in workspace modules, otherwise we create bogus github releases for the root module like: - https://github.com/ipfs/helia-delegated-routing-v1-http-api/releases/tag/v1.0.0 - https://github.com/ipfs/helia-delegated-routing-v1-http-api/releases/tag/v1.0.1 - https://github.com/ipfs/helia-delegated-routing-v1-http-api/releases/tag/v1.0.2 Refs: #125 (comment)
