Summary

This PR updates the action inputs and run step to reference and support the Storacha CLI.

Changes:

  • @web3-storage/w3cli replaced with @storacha/cli
  • W3_PRINCIPAL environment variable replaced with STORACHA_PRINCIPAL
  • The descriptions for storacha-key and storacha-proof were updated to reference storacha-specific commands/URLs.

Thank you. Updated docs in d9493b2, once this is merged 1.8.0 will be released and @v1 should include this fix too.
