@BellezaEmporium could you review this? I feel you will be able to refine this even better.

• Currently have rate limited to 20 for program details async function limit(items, fn, concurrency = 20).

• Also lang in *.channels.xml seems to be wrong for some channels like ko.

• Also noticed a different url to fetch token here without relying on apiToken but couldn't find it in the website.
