Patch release to fix npm
@iscc/libpackaging (missingindex.jsplatform loader).Fixes:
index.jsandindex.d.tsin napi build artifacts so they're present in the published npm package--sourceflag (from 0.3.0 hotfix)All other registries will skip (idempotent version checks) — only npm publishes a new version.
