- Added missing @description in update.state.LPJGUESS.R to fix roxygen2 errors. - Included @name and @title for split_inputs.LPJGUESS.R to generate .Rd files correctly. - Updated NAMESPACE to include proper imports for missing dependencies (PEcAn.utils, etc.). - Resolved missing dependencies in DESCRIPTION (stringr).
