According to #929 there is not Wallet App Attestation but Wallet Instance Attestation
This PR aligns the specification to ARF 2.8 by replacing Wallet App Attestation with Wallet Instance Attestation
it is considered as a breakign change, since the payload of the wallet instance attestation is aligned accordingly
