Quote Assembly Name in IKVM Importer
Increase buffer size for text writer. Was running into an issue with the ikvmstub command line being too long. Fix function name.

Used to edit the MethodHandleImpl$BindCaller$T class and add NoInlining to it. This then gets included as an explicit resource so it can be used at runtime to inject without inlining. Fix a few dep versions.

Add android-x64 native libraries, for emulator support mostly.
Add some properties to configure generation.
Make this as less error-prone as possible for IKVM consumers
