Summary:

Introduced an Engine abstraction layer between EmbeddingService and LLPhant, so any OpenAI-compatible API can be plugged in via configuration.
Added an EmbeddingService to provide embedding functionalities to connected extentions
And upgraded LLphant Dependency to use their embedding generators.
